inspects each item for quality prior to shipping.   If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase according to our  "Return and Exchange Policy" with in 30 days of your purchase date.

Return and Exchange Policy

All products must be in good condition, in its original condition, unaltered and its original packaging, all tags, certificates, warranties, instructions, packaging must be included for an exchange or refund return.

  • Charge card purchase credit back is issued to original purchaser on the same account the item was charged from.

  • Returns or exchanges on engraved, special orders, or customized jewelry is not accepted.  

  • No refunds on gift returns. Gift returns can be exchanged only with a receipt.

Return Instructions:

  • If you receive your item damaged upon delivery, please contact us no later then the second day of delivery date for assistance.
  • All returns to be packaged securely and sent back in its original packaging.
  • All returns will be processed only when item arrives back into our office, we suggest a shipping back method that provides tracking services from providers such as USPS, FedEx or UPS.
